181 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health the position in relation to the review commission on Naas General Hospital, County Kildare; if the commission has finished its work; if he has received any recommendations there-from; the action, if any, he intends to take in the matter in 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The work of the review group in relation to the Naas General Hospital is ongoing. I understand that it will be some months before the group is expected to report. Until I receive a copy of the group's recommendations, I will not be in a position to indicate the course of action I intend to take in 1994.
