Written Answers. - Tobacco Advertising Ban.
At the EU Council of Health Ministers which was held in Brussels on 13 December 1993, I again indicated my support for an EU ban on the advertising of tobacco products. Such a ban is an integral component of effective anti-tobacco strategy. I will continue to press my European colleagues to agree to such an initiative.
