131 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the position regarding the provision of a document room or interpretative centre to be located at Westport House, County Mayo to house the extensive collection of historic documents which are at present in Westport House.

The National Heritage Council has received no application for grant aid in respect of the provision of a document room or interpretative centre at Westport House, County Mayo. If an application is submitted it will receive the council's consideration.
