Ceist:92 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Finance when a refund will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in view of the fact that this person is a medical card holder and has applied for a refund.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a PRSI refund in full and final settlement was made in his case on 24 March 1994.
