Vol. 441 No. 1

Written Answers. - Disadvantaged Areas Scheme.

Paul Bradford

Ceist:

162 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a townland (details supplied) in County Cork is being considered for inclusion in the disadvantaged area scheme under the appeals procedure; and, if so, when a decision will be made on the matter.

Toberneague townland in the District Electoral Division of Rathcormac, County Cork was already included in the disadvantaged areas scheme prior to the setting up of the appeals procedure. The Deputy may however, be referring to reclassification, in which case I can confirm that no appeal was received from Toberneague townland in respect of reclassification.
