As announced last week, a new division, the Small Business and Services Division, has been established within my Department to provide a dedicated response and follow-up to the reports of the task forces on small business and jobs in services respectively. Its functions will include, inter alia, the formulation and co-ordination of policy on services and the development and maintenance of a knowledge/information base on services.
