Ceist:77 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in finalising the stamp duty details in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that payment of the stamp duty was received on 15 March, 1994 and the deed, duly stamped, was subsequently returned to the solicitors.
