103 Mr. S. Kenny asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if he will instruct the Director of Consumer Affairs to carry out an investigation into the practice by a company (details supplied) of charging purchasers an additional £500 for new houses with a sunny side at a housing development.

An investigation of this matter by the Director of Consumer Affairs is already under way and is expected to be concluded shortly.
