Ceist:126 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the by-laws under the Control of Dogs Act, 1986, recently submitted to him by Dublin Corporation.

Dublin Corporation submitted their proposed by-laws to my Department for confirmation on 29 April 1994. A decision will be conveyed to the corporation as soon as possible.
