138 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if an application has been received from a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in respect of the scheme for early retirement from farming; and if sanction will be forthcoming in this case.

An application for a pension was received in this case on 12 April 1994 but the documentation was incomplete and has been returned to the applicant's solicitor. The application will be fully considered when all the required documents are received.
