Ceist:10 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in completing the Land Registry application of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing referred to, an application for a transfer order, was lodged in the Land Registry on 6 August, 1992 and was returned on 7 September, 1992 as it was not in order. The application was relodged under dealing number 93 SM 04016 on 21 July, 1993 but was again returned on 14 September, 1993 for similar reasons. According to the registrar, it has not been relodged to date.
