Ceist:57 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will assist in the application for a holiday visa for a person (details supplied) from Tunisia who wishes to begin his holiday in this country on 1 June 1994.

I am informed by the Department of Foreign Affairs that no application for a visa has been received on behalf of the person mentioned by the Deputy. In the event that an application has been lodged in the period since my Department made enquiries, or is lodged in the near future, that applications will be considered on its individual merits in the light of the supporting information.
