Ceist:126 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Education if her Department will sanction the appointment of a permanent teacher for Aughawillan national school, County Leitrim.

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that my Department has sanctioned the appointment of a permanent principal teacher at Aughawillan national school with effect from 1 September, 1994. The post will be filled by open competition.
