Vol. 444 No. 6
108 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the EC directives, if any, his Department has failed to implement; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
On 1 June 1994 there were 14 EU Directives where the date for transposition into national law had passed and where the necessary Irish legislative measures were still in preparation. A list of these Directives follows.
The completion of consultations with the Attorney General's office and, where necessary, with affected interests on the detail of implementing measures and, in the consumer credit and trade mark cases, the enactment of primary legislation, will enable the Directives to be implemented.
