I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Romanian Committee for Adoptions and the Minister for Health of Ireland on the Working Arrangements for the Co-ordination of Intercountry Adoption, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 29th June, 1994.
