167 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a new house grant to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; when this payment will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1510/94]

There has been no avoidable delay. An inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be carried out as soon as possible.
