Limerick East): Draft regulations are being finalised by my Department pursuant to the Health Insurance Act, 1994. The areas covered are registration of insurers, open enrolment, lifetime cover, minimum benefit and risk equalisation. The draft regulations will issue to all interested parties shortly.
