Ceist:

106 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment when he will introduce regulations exempting fisheries officers, Aer Rianta dog handlers, security personnel and other persons from the provisions of the Controls of Dogs Acts. [1828/95]

I intend to carry out, as soon as possible, a comprehensive review of dog control regulations with a view to making new regulations in the coming months. The review will include consideration of the issue referred to in the question.
