103 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve of Kerry County Council's proposal to extend the Kenmare sewerage scheme, County Kerry, to include the Tubrid area near the town centre; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2238/95]

My Department has informed Kerry County Council that the proposed extension is not essential to the effective operation of the scheme and cannot be approved given overall limitations on funds available.
