87 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health the proposals, if any, he has to introduce a Pharmacy Bill to Dáil Éireann; the stage of preparation of this Bill; and from whom submissions will be taken in the preparation of such a Bill. [3320/95]
I would like to confirm that it is proposed to introduce a Bill to consolidate and up-date legislation on the practice of pharmacy, in line with current international standards.Proposals in this regard are still at an early stage and consultations will continue with interested parties, in particular the various sectors of the pharmaceutical profession.
