180 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be awarded a SLOM milk quota in view of the circumstances outlined by his legal representative on 13 September 1994. [3933/95]
A SLOM quota was provisionally granted to the person in question in 1991. The conditions set under EU Regulations for the permanent allocation of this quota were not met by the producer within the time limits laid down and, as a result, I regret that the quota had to be withdrawn subsequently.
