I am informed by the Garda authorities that information in relation to fraud and similar offences such as embezzlement is published in the 20 Garda Commissioner's Annual Reports on Crime, 1974-1993, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library. The crimes are listed under the heading, "Larcenies".
