111 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make finance available to Kilkenny County Council under the small schemes programme in 1995 to allow it provide a proper sewage disposal facility in Dungarvan, County Kilkenny; and the schemes listed in the council's priority list for small schemes. My Department will advise county councils shortly of arrangements for the 1995 small water and sewerage schemes programme. Following this, it will be open to councils to submit suitable priority proposals to my Department for grant assistance.
