131 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the total number and value of the outstanding legal fees from the beef tribunal pending the decision of a Taxing Master of the High Court; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6467/95]

My Department has no function in the matter of legal costs awarded at the beef tribunal but I understand that to date, no bills have yet been presented to a Taxing Master of the High Court.
