Ceist:69 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice the present position regarding the Land Registry application of a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6671/95]
Written Answers. - Dealing Application.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. C 516/95 is an application under section 49, i.e. acquisition of title by possession, of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which was lodged on 12 January 1995. I understand that, due to their complicated nature, such dealings usually take some time to process.
I am informed that this dealing is being processed at present and that the Land Registry will be in correspondence with the applicant's solicitors within the next week on queries relating to this dealing.
