I regret that the applicant referred to by the Deputy does not satisfy the terms of the relevant European Social Fund Scheme and that he is ineligible for grant-aid.
The City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee is the body entrusted with the administration of the European Social Fund Scheme.
I would refer the Deputy to that body for any further information in relation to this case.
