91 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Education if the correct ESF grant is paid on a regular basis to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford who is attending the Dublin Institute of Technology; if she will have arrangements made for the payment of arrears due to him; the entitlements due to this person; the amount he has received to date; and if she will make a statement on the matter. County Waterford vocational education committee is the body entrusted with the administration of the European Social Fund Scheme. Payments to individual students is a matter in the first instance for the college concerned which in this case is the Dublin Institute of Technology, Aungier Street. I would refer the Deputy to the college for information on the reasons for the difficulties expressed in this case.
