The salary-wage level of supervisors of community employment projects is a matter between the sponsor of the project as employer and the supervisor.
FAS provides grant assistance to community-voluntary sponsors towards supervision costs. The level of assistance varies depending on the number of participants on the project and the availability of development modules for the participants.
The current grant arrangements for supervision will be continued.
