Ceist:

69 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Education the reason person (details supplied) in County Westmeath have been advised that they are not entitled to free school transport despite being issued with a medical card six weeks ago. [8290/95]

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the persons in question are eligible for incidental free school transport as medical card holders and have been advised accordingly.
