75 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education if she will release funds for a special computer aid for a student (details supplied) in County Waterford who suffers from cerebral palsy and who is sitting her junior cert this summer. [88258/95]
My Department is currently making provision for a scheme of grants towards the purchase of special equipment for use by pupils with a disability in second-level schools. I am arranging for a grant to be paid in respect of the student in question. My Department will contact the school with regard to the arrangements for payment at an early date.
