Ceist:94 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Justice when folios which were ordered on 6 March 1995 will be supplied to a person (details supplied) in County Galway. [8348/95]
Written Answers. - Land Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of receipt of an application for copies of the first two folios mentioned by the Deputy. However, there was a dealing Reference No. 95GY 01866 lodged involving the two folios mentioned around the time specified. I understand that there is a difficulty with the documents lodged and that the matter is being referred back to the applicant's solicitor within the next few days.
I am further informed that a copy of the third folio and file plan mentioned by the Deputy will issue within the next week.
