Ceist:

119 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the EU carcass classification figures for cattle, steers, heffers and cows slaughtered, in meat export premises in terms of the percentage grades for confirmation and fat score for each of the years 1988 to 1994; and if he will provide figures on a monthly basis for each of the years 1993 and 1994. The information requested in relation to the annual statistics for the years 1988 to 1994 is set out in the following tables. The information on the monthly classification figures for the years 1993 and 1994 is being prepared by my Department and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.
