Limerick East): I assume that the Deputy is referring to the designation of a hospital or hospitals as maritime medical consultation unit(s) arising from a directive from the EU council 92/29/EEC of 31 March 1992. I understand that the Health and Safety Authority is in discussions with Cork University Hospital regarding this matter. The Deputy may wish to consult directly with the authority in this regard.
