Limerick East): Beaumont Hospital has advised me that it received a letter of referral from the general practitioner of the person concerned on 22 May 1995. The referral letter has been forwarded to the consultant concerned and will be reviewed with a view to arranging an appointment date for the patient in question as soon as possible.
