Ceist:96 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice whether the statistical information promised in reply to a Parliamentary Question of 14 February 1995, has been compiled; the total number of applications made and decrees of judicial separation granted by the Circuit Courts between the date of the commencement of the Act of 1989 and 31 December 1994; and the total number of proceedings issued under the Judicial Separation Act, 1989, currently awaiting hearing in each Circuit Court area.
