Ceist:64 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education if she will establish an early start pre-school unit in a school (details supplied) in County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [88268/95]
Written Answers. - Early Start Pre-School Programme.
I am aware that the school in question has applied for inclusion in the Early Start Pre-school Programme.
The case made by the school will be considered in the context of selecting locations for the 25 new pre-school projects which I propose to put in place in the coming school year. The process of selecting these locations is currently under way in my Department.
