183 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in processing the application under the farm retirement scheme for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim in view of the fact that the application had been acknowledged on 2 February 1995; if he will expedite the payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application was received in this case on 2 February 1995 but there is a difficulty with the enlargement requirement under the scheme and this must be resolved before the application can be considered.
