The use of promotional material by State-sponsored bodies is a day-to-day operational matter for the bodies concerned. Accordingly, since neither I nor my Ministers of State have any functions in relation to the day-to-day operational matters of such bodies, we have not issued any criteria or standards for use in their promotional material.
