Limerick East): I propose to take Questions Nos. 22 and 53 together.
Temporary restaurants come within the meaning of occasional food premises as defined in the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950-1989. Such premises require a permit from the local health board in order to carry out their business. The granting of a permit is, of course, subject to the premises meeting the standards for food premises generally, as set down in those regulations, and may be subject to such additional conditions and limitations as the health board considers appropriate.
