56 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Health the consultation, if any, that has taken place regarding the new regulations under the 1994 Health Insurance Act; the groups that have been consulted; if those consulted are in general health or in mental health; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick East): For the information of the House I am arranging to have circulated in the Official Report a table which sets out the groups which have been consulted. The level of consultations on the draft regulations published last March has been very wide ranging and detailed. The process is now near completion and I expect to be in a position to sign the regulations in the near future.
