Ceist:129 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in sanctioning turbary rights from the Land Commission for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath. [12408/95]
Written Answers. - Westmeath Turbary Rights.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the question of turbary rights in this case is a matter in the first instance for the Land Commission. Once the turbary rights have been vested in the registered owner by the Land Commission, the matter will then be duly notified to the Land Registry.
I understand, however, that at present there is no dealing pending in the Land Registry on the folio mentioned.
