Settlement of the claim in question is dependent on clarification of title to part of the property involved. I understand that the solicitors acting for the claimant have been asked to furnish details of his title but they have not done so to date. In the absence of information from the claimant or his solicitor in relation to title, the Deputy will appreciate that further progress cannot be made in this case.
