182 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department will expedite a response to Dublin Corporation regarding tax incentives to enable the proposed commercial/ housing development at Jervis Street, Dublin 1, to start in 1995 in view of the fact that it is an essential element in Dublin Corporation's Housing Programme for 1995/1996. The tax incentive aspects of the proposals are the subject of correspondence between my Department and Dublin Corporation. A number of issues relating to these aspects of the proposal remain to be clarified and it is proposed to arrange a meeting at official level, as soon as possible, to consider these.
