I propose to take Questions Nos. 280, 281 and 282 together.
The Registrar of Titles has informed me that the manner in which work returns have been compiled in the Land Registry does not provide for the specific breakdown of applications as requested by the Deputy.
The manner in which returns are compiled combines the number of section 49 applications, first registration applications and conversion of title applications. The figures for these applications for the calendar years 1985 to 1994 are as follows:
