365 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a reply will be issued to the Land Registry in relation to a query (details supplied) raised by it on 2 February 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13156/95]

The Land Commission furnished the Land Registry with a reply to the query on 30 August 1994. The Land Registry has indicated it will be writing to the Deputy on the matter.
