76 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health, if he will give the outcome of his re-examination of the case referred to in replies to parliamentary questions Nos. 88 of 25 April 1995 and 42 of 9 May 1995, and in view of his commitment in column 1675 of the Official Report of 11 May 1995. [12736/95]
I understand that the Eastern Health Board has been maintaining contact with this child and his family. However, I have been informed that the child failed to appear in court yesterday on a criminal charge and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
In the circumstances, it would not be appropriate for me to make any further comment on the case.
