I propose to take Question Nos. 152, 156 and 157 together.
The case to which the Deputy refers was settled out of court by the Western Regional Fisheries Board on the basis of legal advice obtained which, as the Deputy will appreciate, is privileged. I am also advised that the details of costs are a matter for the parties concerned.
