Limerick East): It is not a function of the Minister for Health to publish documenation on behalf of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). The publication, The Progress of Nations: the nations of the world ranked according to their achievements in child health, nutrition, education, family planning and progress of women is published annually by UNICEF and the 1995 edition is now available.
