175 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the ruling in relation to long term temporary staff in Teagasc given by the Labour Court will be implemented; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14470/95]
An examination of the clerical and administrative staffing position in Teagasc is being undertaken at present by the management services unit of the Department of Finance. The recommendations of the Labour Court will be dealt with in the context of the outcome of that examination.
