Written Answers. - Appointment of Teacher.
I am pleased to inform the Deputy that Innishannon national school appointed its sixth assistant teacher on 1 September 1995. The appointment has been sanctioned by my Department.
The staffing at the school for the current school year is a principal, six assistants, and a shared remedial teacher who is based at the school. In line with the school's enrolment of 197 pupils on 30 September 1994, this is the correct staffing for the school.
